Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Applicable on regular-priced items only. Sale or discounted items are not returnable.

π Exchange Process:
Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram with your order number and issue.
Once approved, send the item back via any courier (charges paid by customer).
After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll dispatch the exchange item or issue a credit voucher.
